RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

ELIGIBILITY

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, washing or damage not caused in transit cannot be accepted.

STARTING A RETURN

Before sending anything back, email motoparts.my@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether the return is eligible and provide instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged in transit or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as MotoParts cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost in transit. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to our error.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at motoparts.my@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards, personalised or specially ordered items, and products marked final sale or clearance cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect. For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal items cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to obtain another size or product is to request a return and place a new order after your return has been approved.

REFUNDS

We will inspect approved returns after they arrive. If accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact motoparts.my@gmail.com.
