Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us before sending anything back; unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Starting a return

Email motoparts.my@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. If approved, send the parcel to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly after delivery and include clear photographs so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items that cannot be returned

Gift cards, personalised items, final-sale or clearance items and opened hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain a different size or product is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
