Made of polyester, it features for the first time the embroidered turtle and Monster logo under the visor. On the front is embroidered the Monster claw in gold colour, on the sides the Yamaha Factory Racing logos and the number 46, on the back the New Era logo. On the inside front section of the cap are printed graphics celebrating the world championships won by Valentino Rossi. The cap is contained in a black rigid box with magnetic closure.
